Frequently Asked Questions

What time do you deliver?

We normally deliver between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Pickup is usually between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM or the next day (We try our best to be flexible, give us a call for any requests) . Delivery and pickup times are approximate and depend on the day’s route. ( We do NOT guarantee time slots)

Do you guarantee delivery times?

We do our best to accommodate requested times, especially for venues or scheduled events, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

What happens if it rains?

All rentals are rain or shine. If it is raining during the scheduled delivery window, we may delay setup until conditions are safe. Refunds are not provided due to weather, we will work with you on giving you extra day if it rains and do offer FREE rescheduling.

Do you clean your inflatables?

Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned and ready to be used before each rental.

What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

We can set up on grass, pavement, turf, and some deck surfaces depending on the inflatable and setup area. Please let us know ahead if setup is not on GRASS before delivery.

Do I need power for the inflatable / extension cord?

Yes. A working power outlet and extension cord must be within approximately 50 feet of the setup area.

Who supervises the inflatable during the event?

The renter is responsible for adult supervision at all times while the inflatable is being used. All the terms and conditions are agreed on by the renter at checkout (Please take your time to read it)

What should I do before delivery?

Please make sure the setup area is clear of debris, sticks, animal waste, and any obstacles before we arrive.

What if there are underground utility lines?

All underground utility lines must be marked prior to setup. *We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground lines.*

When is payment due?

Any remaining balance is due at delivery unless other arrangements were made beforehand.

Do you serve areas outside your delivery towns listed?

We offer FREE pickup option if we don't deliver to your town or can arrange delivery for an extra fee if agreed on ahead. Give us a call anytime 207-415-9300

We had a great experience with Portland Inflatables! We rented a bounce house for my son’s birthday and it was a huge hit with all the kids! The best inflatables company we’ve used by far — and we’ve used a lot of the years. Much better prices than the other companies. Very reliable and friendly.
